Guys do you remember Electonics, The Maplin Mag? what happened to this publication and maybe any source to gather some copies?

Pity, it had some interesting stuff in it. I've seen copies turn up on EBay occasionally. Perhaps try s/h book shops, local amateur radio clubs or even a small ad in the paper.

Another candidate for the grumpy old man thread. This was a good magazine, especially if you liked hifi audio projects (subtle hint to EPE!). In its early days, when it was produced by Maplin it had no adverts: all the pages were about projects.

Quite a candidate I obtained a few copies from a garage sales and to say it all this mag ever nowadays is still amusing

I've almost got a full set apart from 4 or 5 project books and one missing copy that I never noticed.

Naturally I only noticed the missing copy when I was researching something...

Don't get me started on my collection of 40 years of Wireless World...
