Further to my posting about the 2 blown transistors in a keyboard, I've managed to get one of them, but still need an A1567 or 2SA1567, made by Sanken. I've only found one place in this country that has one and it's only just over a quid, but with p+p +vat, the price goes up to over £8. Can anyone suggest a supplier that might have these and not charge silly money for something that could be put in an envelope with a first class stamp ? Alternatively if someone can supply for a reasonable fee, I'd be grateful. Hope I'm not breaking forum rules by asking this. I know I could probably find a suitable alternative, but given that I've got one of the pair, I'd rather keep them the same. |

I've got a box of old transistors but it'd be easier looking if you can post a picture. (Easier than looking at every part number) Failing that, what shape/colour is it ? |

It's like a TO220 but all black plastic including the lug. Does that help, or would you still like a photo ? Thanks Dave |

Cricklewood electronics sell them for £3 but I didn't have time to check out additional costs. |

Hi Dave, The transistors I have are almost all small-signal, so I don't think I'll be able to help after all, sorry. http://www.datasheetarchive.com/pdf-datasheets/Datasheets-16/DSA-316735.pdf Is a Sanken power transistors selection guide if that helps |
